We offer teen's classes for students ages 12 to 17. In our classes, we focus on three key areas: physical fitness, citizenship, and self-defense.
In our teens program, students will learn how to keep their bodies in peak condition. Students will learn effective and fun ways to keep moving and enjoy the world around them. Students will learn an active and fun lifestyle.
Teen students will focus on being upstanding citizens for their community. Students will learn how to handle complicated situations and to solve community issues in a mature manor. Teen students will be our next generation.
Teen students will learn how to defend themselves against those wishing to impose harm on them; physically or mentally. Students will learn conflict avoidance and resolution skills and how to handle complicated situations.Â
